I really need to rmb to seek God in everyth i do FIRST
It's so easy to get carried away.. to rely on my ownself wen the first thing I should ever do is to SEEK GOD first.
Why are humans so dumb... why am I so dumb? We KNOW we shud do smth but most of the time we DON'T. That applies to everyth... like.... doing my tutorial. O.o cleaning my room. Studying. I have no idea why either. Maybe we KNOW its what we shud do first but we jus dun FEEL like it.
Thats not righttt!!
I really need God to help me.. not just KNOW but ACT on it... seek Him first n be sensitive to Him n not just read the bible for the sake of reading it. I just realised that He was telling me smth! N i dint get it... till now.
the message is... SEEK HIM first.
The passage i was reading abt was David seeking the Lord's guidance before going to battle. In that chapter he asked lk Twice... n both times he won with the Lord's help; cos... He rmb to Seek the Lord first! For those who don't know-David is the king of Israel and has won countless of battles before... he could rely on his own strength but he din't .
It's so easy to fill ur life with everyth else n jus dump everyth that has been preached in church recently ('vanity, vanity all is vanity'-ecclesiastes) awayy.. wen alr the bible tells us that everyth is in vain if we do not have Christ.
We are empty, incomplete without Him.
We try to make ourselves happy.. fill our lives with everyth else... gg out with frens... playing computer... studying hard to get good results(n den be so proud of our own efforts) wen really all these don't bring true or lasting satisfaction. Not that gg with frens or playing computer or getting gd results is WRONG... but too many times i forget that all these blessings come from God n really i shud put Him over all these. N really too often i try to fill my life up with things wen tts not what's gonna make me complete or give me true joy.
I really believe that u noe... but.... how come i haven acted on it?? O.o

Affective is the way you FEEL towards things. Cognitive is ur BELIEF in the thing. Behavioural is the way u ACT towards that thing.
